Precision Under Pressure
In a firefight it always comes down to one thing – Precision Under Pressure.
Consider the following firefight statistics from the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation:
- Most armed confrontations occur at a range of less than 10 to 20 feet and in light too dim to see the gun sights.
- Half of the bullets fired during firefights do not hit their designated targets.
- Fine motor skills that require a deliberate cognitive process and physical coordination deteriorate under stress.
- Most murders are committed with a firearm.
- The average firefight lasts 2.5 seconds.
These statistics remaining constant for decades indicates that there is a significant gap between typical firearm training and what works in the real world.
Simply learning how to shoot at the range does not sufficiently prepare you for a violent encounter. To be fully prepared you must undergo reality-based scenarios training that simulate the threat environment and tactical circumstances you are most likely to encounter.
If you are serious about using firearm for personal protection you must train to win the fight.
Our firearm training programs were developed to fill this need.
