Night Fight


The majority of officer involved shootings occur during the hours of darkness. To safely respond to a domestic call, a robbery in progress or to serve a warrant you must be prepared to fight in the dark. Our Night Fight course teaches how to use darkness as an ally and the flashlight as a weapon. You will learn the most effective skills to win a close quarter confrontation in low light conditions.

• Engagement tactics for teams and partners
• Low-light shooting and tactical illumination
• Negligent discharge avoidance and safety
• Target isolation and threats identification

• Tactical reload and stoppage drills
• Shoot/No shoot decision making
• Weapon transition and retention
• Shooting on the move
• Failure to stop drills
